I grew up on the Jersey Shore and love how the Jersey summers really hit all the senses!  I have also lived in Alaska where I was born, attended college in Ohio, and after college I spent 14 years between Arizona and Southern California.  My wife and I were blessed with 3 beautiful daughters, two of which are twins!  We now live in the coastal community of Barnegat, NJ and we love to travel, try new cuisines, and find exciting new experiences wherever life takes us.

A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
