Hello, my name is Ethan Neff and I’m a proud member of the DHI Mortgage team. I started my career in the mortgage industry back in 2005. During my career I have had the opportunity to fill various roles within the industry. Despite success in other roles I have always gravitated back to loan origination as it best suits my passion for working directly with clients to provide great service and deliver solutions. The part of my day I enjoy most is listening to customers to understand their needs, wants and unique situations then offering the most helpful advice and cost-effective options. While I have extensive experience with all types of loan transactions my focus has been on purchase business and new construction. As such, I have intimate knowledge of all of the details that make new home financing unique and how best to manage it successfully.
My passions outside of work include my wife Emily, our black lab Huckleberry as well as spending time in the mountains skiing, climbing and biking. I’m always looking for a good book recommendation and a great BBQ recipe.
Whether it’s with the purchase of your first home, buying that dream retirement house, or a refinance, I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge and earn your business. I look forward to working together!
