Hi, my name is Tonia Erden! I’m a Licensed Loan Originator Assistant at DHI Mortgage, in Columbus, Ohio. I started my career in 2017 with DR Horton, as a Closing Coordinator, and then a few years later, I transitioned to the mortgage industry where I’ve become passionate helping our clients achieve their dreams of homeownership! 

I take pride in my attention to detail and assisting you every step of the way throughout the homebuying process to make your transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Having the knowledge that I’ve gained with my past experience working with D.R. Horton helps me to provide the right guidance on what you can expect with every milestone we achieve working together towards your new home purchase.  

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids and staying busy with their sports and activities as well as traveling the world and, of course, being born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes!

A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
