Hi! I’m Nikole- a Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant- licensed, first-time homeowner, wife, new mom to a sweet baby girl, Palmer and proud golden retriever mom to Nash. I grew up in Pennsylvania but traded snow for sand when I moved to the Gulf Coast of Alabama in 2013. I started as a Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant at DHI Mortgage in July of 2022 and now am helping other first-time buyers feel confident and supported from start to finish. 

I recently went through the homebuying process myself, so I totally get how exciting, stressful, and full of questions it can be. I believe in building strong relationships with my clients and taking the time to understand your unique goals and financial picture. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, upgrading or just curious about your options, I’ll make sure you understand everything (no confusing mortgage lingo here, promise!).
