Hi, I’m Kiriam!
I was born in Sonora, Mexico, but Arizona has been home for many years now. I started in the mortgage world back in 2002 and fell in love with helping families turn the dream of homeownership into real life. Whether it’s your first home or your next one, I’m here to make the process clear, supportive, and—dare I say—enjoyable.
People often tell me I’m the go-to person they trust to explain the “money stuff” without making it feel overwhelming. I work in both English and Spanish and always tailor the experience to you.
For me, it’s always been about connection. Building strong, honest relationships with my clients and real estate partners is what matters most—because homebuying isn’t just a transaction, it’s a big life moment.
When I’m not in mortgage mode, I’m out adventuring with my family. We love traveling, hiking, and making memories wherever we can. My husband and I have 3 incredible kids who keep life fun and fast-paced.
Thanks for considering me to be part of your home journey. I can’t wait to work with you!
