I have been in the customer service business for the last 37 years. My previous experience includes owning my own business, sales, management and financial planning. Honesty, integrity and loyalty are the most important elements contributing to my impeccable customer service skills. I am also extremely organized and detailed. This positions me to create raving fans with every buyer I touch. I am well-qualified in assisting customers with all loan types including, but not limited to FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond Programs and USDA loans. No matter the need, be it the purchase of a home, an investment property or secondary residence, or even the refinancing of their existing home, I am here to help!
 
During my down time, I enjoy spending time with my wife of over 30 years and our three sons & daughter-in-law. When I’m not busy an occasional golf game is a must.. Most of all, I really enjoy quality time with my family regardless of the activity!

THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED MORTGAGE BANKER RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
