DHI Mortgage customers can make their privacy choices by telephone, toll free at (844) 312-1523, or by mail at DHI Mortgage Company, Ltd., Attn: Compliance Department, 10700 Pecan Park Blvd., Suite 450, Austin, TX 78750. A mail-in form is included in our U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice for your ease when making your privacy choices by mail. And, for California residents, who wish to make their California privacy choices by mail, a California Consumer Privacy Notice is also provided online that may be printed and mailed to the above address.
 
The ability to make privacy choices has been made available, for the convenience of those doing business with DHI Mortgage. DHI Mortgage will continue to provide a copy of its current U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice electronically, if you have agreed to do business electronically, by mail or in person in accordance with the requirements of Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Pub. L. No. 106-102, 113 Stat. 1338, 1436-45 (1999). And, DHI Mortgage will continue to provide a copy of its California Consumer Privacy Notice along with its U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice in accordance with California law.
 
If you are a new customer, unless you affirmatively consent to allow us to share your information earlier pursuant to law, DHI Mortgage will not begin sharing your information with others, except as permitted by law, until 30 days from the date we send our U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice to you by mail or provide it to you in person, or 30 days from the date you acknowledge receipt. And, if you are a California resident, unless you affirmatively consent to allow us to share your information earlier pursuant to California law, we will not begin sharing your information with others, except as permitted by California law, until 45 days from the date we send our California Consumer Privacy Notice to you by mail or provide it to you in person or 45 days from the date that you acknowledge receipt. If you have made your privacy choices known to us by mail, or by phone, we will only use and share your information in accordance with those choices.
 
If you limit sharing of your information for an account that you hold jointly with someone else, your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

DHI Mortgage engages the services of certain digital analytics companies to gather qualitative and quantitative measurements regarding the operation and use of our Website in order to improve their efficiency and effectiveness, and provide an optimal experience for our customers. Definitions
