Welcome to my website and thank you for allowing me to introduce myself!
 
Most people that stop by my page do so because they have found a wonderful new home or are seeking financing advice before making an offer.  After all, owning a home is one of the great dreams most of us share.  While most of us don’t dream about the financing process, it can be an enjoyable experience if handled by an expert that you feel comfortable with.  You will find that, with more than a decade of experience in the industry, I can make this financing process so stress-free that you might even enjoy it!  My goal is that when we have financed your home, you will have had such a great experience, that you can’t help but recommend me to your family and friends.
 
While the mortgage process seems complicated to many people, it shouldn’t be!  Often, companies simply don’t explain things well or they do not keep you informed so that you feel in the dark.  That is not what you can expect from me!  I begin by making sure that I have a very clear understanding of your needs and concerns as well as making sure you understand the entire process.  Using that information, I will put my experience to work and find the best financing options available to you.  If you have questions or don’t understand something you will find that I am always available to explain.  I would not sign a document that I don’t understand and I make sure my clients don’t either.  To that end, I will be available for you from the initial application through closing to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
