Eligibility Guidelines
- Previous residence must have been within a Presidentially declared disaster area
- Your residence was completely destroyed or damaged to the extent that a replacement is necessary
- Affected renters who want to buy a home may apply
- Can be used to purchase a home anywhere in the U.S.
- Application must be submitted within one year of the disaster declaration
- Single family residences and condos are eligible
- Minimum credit score required

- Bastrop, Cass, Colorado, Gregg, Grimes, Harrison, Houston, Leon, Marion, Montgomery, Smith, Travis, Upshur, Walker, Waller, and Williamson. Additional counties may be added
