I began my career in the mortgage industry in 1990 and have experienced almost every area of the industry with the exception of closing/funding. This has given me great insight to what it takes to make every deal work.

Professional Philosophy: Be honest, direct, and upfront with clients and you will always sleep well at night. We need to remember that mortgages
are an everyday thing for people in the business but for most clients, it is something that they will only experience a handful of times in a lifetime.
Our homes are our biggest investment and as loan officers we need to
be understanding of the stress that our clients are experiencing. 
The greatest compliment that a client can give me is their return business and referrals which I have been fortunate to receive
from my previous clients.

I am fluent in Spanish which has been of great help in our area which
has a good size population of Hispanics. I find that some of my clients
prefer to speak Spanish though they are also fluent in English.
