After You Close
When you move into your new home you may receive solicitation mail. This happens because your title paperwork makes you the registered owner of the home. This information is available to the public at your county clerk’s office. 
 
Some direct mail marketers may make the solicitation mail look like it came from DHI Mortgage, or even a government agency. We will never sell or lease your information to third parties. 
 
At DHI Mortgage, our customer service does not stop at closing. Feel free to contact your Mortgage Loan Originator at any time following your closing if you have any questions. We would love to hear from you!
