I have been a part of the DHI family for over 15 years.  Needless to say, I love it here & I love what I do!
 
I began my career processing and originating first-time homebuyer Bond & Down Payment Assistance loans.  I love working with first-time home buyers!  I love to educate them about the process and seeing their happy faces when they go to closing.   
 
I am blessed to work with a team of experienced, focused professionals who will always do the right thing!
 
I am an active member of the Austin Mortgage Bankers Association, National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. I am also a TREC approved continuing education provider and a President's Club member from 1999 to 2008 and 2010.

THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED MORTGAGE BANKER RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
