I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years, serving homebuyers in varying capacities including licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Realtor®. I have a passion for real estate and find my work with homebuyers to be very rewarding. I pride myself in educating consumers on their loan options and various program guidelines for qualification. They say “knowledge is power,” and I want my borrowers to feel empowered to make sound financial decisions for themselves and their families. The majority of my mortgage career has been spent working alongside a homebuilder partner allowing for a streamlined home buying experience. My team is committed to providing excellence in customer service throughout the often-lengthy home buying process. Although financing new construction is my specialty, I am knowledgeable on other financing or refinancing options.
One of my favorite movies is “It’s a Wonderful Life.” During the movie there is an exchange between Pa Bailey and George Bailey (played by James Stewart) where Pa says to George… “You know, George, I feel that in a small way we are doing something important. Satisfying a fundamental urge. It's deep in the race for a man to want his own roof and walls and fireplace, and we're helping him get those things in our shabby little office.” I would like to think that I, too, am doing my part to help others achieve their goal of homeownership.
