About Me:
Oklahoma native, I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate. I have also earned an MBA in Finance. My real estate experience spans 20 years as both a lender and appraiser. I have managed mortgage companies for both regional and national homebuilders in the Carolinas while working for the largest lenders in the country. During my 5 year tenure with Bank of America, I was a member of their National Builder Division, which allowed me to provide leadership on a national platform for our loan officers working with new home buyers. I have helped to put thousands of home buyers in their new homes. For 2 consecutive years, I managed the #1 customer service branch in the country (ranked by JD Powers) for the largest homebuilder/mortgage Joint Venture in the country. I am most proud of that achievement. I am passionate about the new home purchase process and enjoy working with buyers to make the “experience” of buying a home as good as possible. Purchasing a new home is a very exciting time, but may also come with some challenges. I look forward to putting my experience to work for you.
My wife of 18 years and I have raised our children in Charleston, South Carolina. My 2 children are very active in sports (competitive swimming, tennis, lacrosse) and school. We enjoy travelling and spending time together. As a young man I taught scuba diving in St. Croix, USVI and Vero Beach, FL. I especially enjoy water sports – paddle boarding, windsurfing, wakeboarding…anything with water. What better place than Florida’s gulf coast to help buyer’s with their mortgage financing needs?
