Born in the Caribbean, educated in England and migrated to the United States, Florida where I have made my home since 1980. My husband and I primarily enjoy Soccer and Volleyball which our 2 children actively and competitively participate in.
Experience:
I have been in the mortgage business since 1980 and have extensive experience in:
- all areas of the mortgage transaction: originating, processing, underwriting, closing/funding and shipping.
- all types of Mortgage loans: State and County Bond First Time Buyers, FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and many Agency Second Mortgage Down Payment Assistance programs.
This knowledge base is used to assist homebuyers understand the mortgage process which results in a smooth/peace of mind transaction towards homeownership.
