About Me:
I’ve been in the mortgage business in Colorado since 1989. I have experience in all aspects in mortgage lending from originating to post-closing. I was a member of the committee that assisted in the development of the state-specific Mortgage Loan Originator exam which a person must pass to obtain an originator’s license in Colorado. I am also licensed to originate in New Mexico and California. I truly enjoy working with borrowers and helping them obtain the best loans for their specific situations. I am able to assist with new home purchases, resale purchases (including short sales and foreclosures), and refinances. I have lived in Colorado since 1976 (not quite a native – but close!). I have a BA from Metropolitan State College of Denver and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. I live in Parker with my husband and three children. When not working I enjoy attending my children’s sports events, volunteering at their schools, and scrapbooking.
